Responsibilities

- Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
- Establish policies that promote company culture and vision
- Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance etc.)
- Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
- Write and submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance
- Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.)
Requirements
- B.Sc / BA in Business Administration or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus
- 6 months to 1 year working experience as operation officer in a reputable firm
- Excellent organization skills
- Ability to ensure that all operational requirements in the plant is catered for.
Remuneration
N70,000 Monthly.
