1.)?Team Lead, Corporate & SBU Strategy

Location: Lagos
Work: Full-time

Work Description

Develop and communicate the (Commercial) Banking Group strategy. This includes creating a corporate strategy and helping cascade it down to each (Bank) Strategic Business Unit (SBU), Strategic Resource Function (SRF), and subsidiary.
Lead the development and communication of the Business Unit’s strategies for all the Bank’s SBUs, including Retail Banking (Lagos, South and North), Corporate Banking, Commercial Banking, Public Sector Banking, and Treasury & Financial Institution, ensuring that SBU heads understand the strategic plan and how their work contributes to corporate goals.
Lead Bank strategy implementation to maximise market share, shareholder wealth, and profit by translating strategic objectives into real plans and goals.
Provide analytical framework to establish and implement Group and Bank corporate strategy, develop strategy maps with financial, customer, internal processing, and personnel capabilities objectives.
Facilitate SBU Strategy Review sessions, take ownership of decision making that delivers SBU performance, test whether each SBU’s decisions are aligned with the strategy and creating the desired results, and decide based on outcome analyses whether to stay on track or change direction.
Start and lead SBU monthly management performance review sessions to match long-term strategy and short-term goals to boost efficiency and competitiveness in targeted markets.
Take ownership of decision making that supports organisational change, assess if decisions across the organisation are aligned with the strategy and producing the expected results, and decide based on outcome analysis whether to stay on track or change direction.
Design and implement Company-wide, scalable partnership programmes to build the value map and linkages for efficiency and competitive advantage in targeted markets.
Present global and regional business scenarios and ad hoc analysis to Executive Management to discover new company growth prospects and operational risks.
Give Executive Management valuable insights on market and corporate trends, consumer innovation and patterns, financial structure, macroeconomic considerations, and demographic possibilities.
Direct, synthesise, and implement market, internal capabilities, competitor, customer, product, and financial analysis and modelling insights.
Present innovative growth ideas for the Commercial Banking Group and SBUs by evaluating industry competitive activities and market trends locally and internationally to influence and lead management thought.
Lead the coordination and planning of the annual Board Strategy Retreat event, including presenting industry insights to help the Board make decisions, coordinating presentations by Management Committee members and relevant SRFs, and booking event speakers with global speaker agencies.
Requirements
Education:

First degree in economics, finance, accounting, management, social science, or quantitative field
A postgraduate degree or professional qualification is preferred but not required.
Experience:

Minimum 8 years strategy/management consulting expertise in a global firm or 9 years functional strategy experience in a reputed bank.

2.) Unit Head, Workflow and Enterprise Application Development

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Responsibility and duties

Oversee all Workflow & Enterprise Application Development Unit activity.
Balance workload by assigning work to team resources.
Work with EA office to ensure data and information meet blueprint and requirements.
Discuss data and reporting needs with stakeholders.
Ensure accurate work request delivery and application support estimates.
Lead an application team to meet service level commitments.
Lead Workflow & Enterprise Application development, building, configuration, and unit testing from concept to stabilisation on numerous computer systems.
Check that solutions meet design documentation criteria.
Reports should be accurate and timely.
Examine Enterprise solution technological restrictions and performance concerns.
Help plan new application system launches.
Keep track of team goals and tasks.
Assess maintenance and development efficiency.
Manages team internal and external customer expectations.
Gives the Application team clear goals, organisational principles, and policies and procedures.
Helps create Workflow & Enterprise solution development documentation.
Improves Workflow & Enterprise systems by evaluating present practises and designing changes.
Leadership and technical guidance for reports.

Job Needs
Academic credentials

Minimum First Degree in Business/IT related field
A Master’s, MBA, or professional certification is a plus.
Experience:

8+ years designing, developing, and delivering solutions
6+ years management experience, 2+ in senior management
Enterprise solution architecture and design experience
Experience in Cloud Solution Architecture and Design

3.)?Relationship Manager?- Retail Banking
