Human Resource Manager

Summary

A Human Resources Manager will oversee all HR matters across the company, from recruitment to performance reviews, wage reviews, disciplinary action, learning and development, and help connect executives with employees, build an employer brand, improve employee engagement, and develop strategic talent resources plans.
Responsibilities

Manages HR activities and promotes HR values.
Setting and prioritizing company strategy with executive team members.
Manage, improve, and implement employee standards and procedures using HR’s systems and recommendations.
Review, plan, and implement organizational structure changes, addressing knowledge and skills gaps.
Establish recruitment methods and fill positions on schedule.
Develop company HR plans for remuneration, benefits, health and safety, costs, vacation, and other staff packages.
Implementing staff development and retention methods.
Develop performance evaluation, staffing, training, and development strategies.
Maintain effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management, and retention; address employee complaints.
Ensure internal and legal compliance; foresee and handle lawsuit risks.
Help departments create and implement strategic HR plans that support business goals.
Plan, monitor, and evaluate HR activities through arranging employee management conferences, training managers to coach and reprimand, and advising supervisors and employees.
Use HR metrics and data to report to upper management.
Build an inclusive company culture by managing operations and staff productivity.
Fostering teamwork and corporate success.
Develop organizational vision, operational strategy, and hiring needs with the CEO.
Support organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operating planning by translating strategy into concrete goals for growth and performance.
Manage different corporate activities and develop business strategies, plans, and processes.
Track performance, make adjustments, and produce thorough current and forecasted reports.
Enforce company, government, and local business requirements and take action when necessary.
Research, benchmark, evaluate, and advise when needed.
Responsible for streamlining company operations via systems and processes.
Liaise with workers, executives, senior leaders, and CEO on corporate climate, employee well-being, project updates, proposals, and planning.
Work with senior management and department leaders to manage calendars, correspondence, hard copy and electronic files, annual corporate meetings, and facility maintenance.
As an HR subject matter expert, handle enquiries, devise action plans, and help prepare and distribute materials.
Communicate with executives on decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation.
Organize all company activities.
Keep firm assets in good condition.
Report on all important matters to the Managing Director and senior management.
Do all other job-related tasks.
Qualifications

Advertisment

Bachelor of Science in Human Resources from a respected college or similar discipline.
Professional HR certification helps.
At least 5 years of job experience.
Proven HR headship or comparable experience.
Knowledge of HR, Finance, Communications, Operations, Strategies, Marketing, etc.
Labor laws and regulations knowledge.
Strong strategic planning and company growth skills.
Teaching and coaching experience.
Experience in workplace investigations, conflict resolution, and discipline.
Privacy expertise in the workplace.
Ability to present.
Microsoft Word, Excel, and HR software proficiency.
