Job Description
- To ensure that our products meet the company / industry quality specifications and standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Conducts and Ensures correctness of quality tests on products.
- Reviews the blending process to ensure the integrity of product formulations.
- Plans for and implements periodic and routine testing of product samples.
- Maintains a log of test records on products and identifies the need for quality and standards improvement.
- Receives feedback and complaints on products quality and ensures that they are addressed.
- Conducts customer quality satisfaction survey and presents findings and recommendations to the head, Q/AC
- Ensures that laboratory equipment and tools are appropriately calibrated and checked to maintain accuracy and reliability.
- Coordinates the Quality Assurance Process/ Documentation Review Update
- Liaises with quality control regulatory agencies.
- Maintains records of quality assurance activities for reference and audits.
Requirements
- Minimum of B.Sc Degrees in any related discipline (Biochemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Engineering etc.)
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in the quality assurance department of an organization in the oil & gas industry with preference for petrochemical products and lubricants.

Description
- The role is responsible for the provision, management, and maintenance of the company?s fleet of vehicles, equipment, and assets essential for oil and gas operations. This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and organizational skills to facilitate efficient operations within the company and interface with external bodies.
Responsibility
- Acts as a liaison between the organization and embassies, airlines, and travel agents to process travel documents and purchase airline tickets for all official trips within and outside the country.
- Oversees activities of the organization?s pool cars and drivers, responding promptly to cases of delinquency, accidents, and other emergencies and escalating issues where necessary to management.
- Liaises with insurance companies and regulatory bodies to ensure prompt renewal of licenses and insurance for vehicles.
- Liaises with the procurement officer for prompt purchase of vehicle accessories and manages the fueling for the organization?s pool cars.
- Liaises with vendors/external maintenance workers to negotiate cost-effective rates for vehicle maintenance.
- Oversees the deployment and scheduling of vehicles and equipment to ensure efficient operations.

Job Summary
- To ensure compliance with all tax legislation and minimize tax liabilities within the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Leads the Tax planning process and ensures that tax liabilities and exposures are minimized.
- Provides internal tax advisory services to business divisions and departments to ensure tax efficiency e. g Payroll structuring.
- Oversees the preparation of all applicable tax computations e.g., CIT, WHT, VAT, PAYE etc.

- Minimum of 5-7 years combined consultancy and/or functional Tax experience including specialization within the Oil & Gas industry.
