Job Summary
Dangote Cement Plc’s IT Department seeks dedicated SAP Human Resources Management professionals.
The resource(s) would join our team of professionals to support business SAP operations and SAP implementation projects.
Important Tasks
SAP HCM module functionality.
Control various SAP projects and Tasks from start to finish. Collaboration with business stakeholders to define requirements and scope.
Coordinate resources and activities to fulfil company needs and project deadlines.
Help business end-users with system support and information sharing.
Create development design/programming specifications from business needs.
Work with SAP Core team members on functional testing, documentation, and end-user training.
Bridge design, content, and technology with internal or external design/implementation teams and business-IT cross-functionally.
Leads SAP HCM resource analysis and management as specified by senior management.
Manage complete module and application integration.
Definition of new SAP and/or supporting application system functional solutions for business process requirements.
SAP HCM master data expertise.
Qualifications, experience, skills, and competence
Bachelor’s Degree or HND in related Technical/Business fields or similar work experience
3 years of SAP Consultant or HRM Support Analyst experience.
Business process re-engineering and business application system development methodology experience.
One SAP HRM implementation and hands-on support experience required.
Experience with S4 HANA is a plus.
Professional leadership with customer service experience.
Excellent writing, speaking, analysis, and problem-solving.
Proven ability to implement major systems applications.
An understanding of user exits would be helpful.
Ability to communicate with and inform upper management.
A little ABAP debugging knowledge might help.
