1.) Junior Accountant

Location: Apapa, Lagos
Work Mode: On-Site (Mondays to Saturdays)

Responsibilities

  • Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
  • Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
  • Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations.
  • Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements.
  • Resolve accounts payable and receivable issues or queries.
  • Accurately perform daily reconciliations of cash, check, and credit card transactions, and tally and file invoices.
  • Assist with reviewing expenses, payroll records, etc. as assigned.
  • Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed.
  • Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings.
  • Assist with other accounting projects.

Requirements

  • B.Sc / BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, or any relevant field
  • A Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience as a Junior Accountant
  • Great attention to detail
  • Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen
  • Good understanding of Accounting and Financial reporting principles and practices
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant Accounting Software.
  • The ideal candidate should be able to work from Monday to Saturday.

2.) Marketer

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Responsibilities

  • Performing in-house, competitor, and consumer analyses to shape new undertakings.
  • Devising and coordinating intangible and experiential marketing endeavors.
  • Teaming with pertinent internal stakeholders to roll out seamless, effective campaigns.
  • Boosting our presence by harnessing paid and organic formulas.

Requirements

  • B.Sc Degree / HND in Marketing or related field
  • 2 – 3 years work experience.
  • Experience in food channel like hotels, restaurants, lounges, catering companies.
  • Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
  • Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities.

Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 / month.

3.) Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities.
  • Managing, evaluating and reporting on warehouse productivity.
  • Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
  • Ordering supplies and maintaining suitable inventory levels.
  • Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.
  • Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.
  • Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.
  • Coordinating and maintaining fleets and equipment.
  • Communicating and coordinating with other departments and customers.

Requirements

  • BSc / HND Degree in Business, Management, Logistics or a related field preferred.
  • 3 to 4 years’ experience as a warehouse supervisor or a similar management position.
  • Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management.
  • Time management skills and the ability to delegate.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills.

Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 / month.

4.) Accountant

Location: Minna, Niger

Responsibilities

  • Manage all accounting transactions
  • Prepare budget forecasts
  • Publish financial statements in time
  • Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
  • Ensure timely bank payments
  • Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
  • Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
  • Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
  • Audit financial transactions and documents
  • Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
  • Comply with financial policies and regulations

Requirements

  • BA Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • ERP experience.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in accounting and customer services in a reputable company.
  • Knowledge in Payables and receivables.
  • At least 1 year experience in managing petty cash.

Remuneration
N150,000 – N180,000 monthly.

5.) Electrical Engineer

Location: Lagos Island, Lagos
Sector: Internet Service Provider (ISP)

Responsibilities

  • Arrive to work, jobs on sites, and meetings on time and prepared.
  • Maintaining, troubleshooting, and managing different types of electrical systems.
  • Installation of power equipment (Rectifiers, Converters, Inverters, Batteries, Cabling)
  • Responsible to design, draw and update company’s electrical site.
  • Maintain an inventory of parts, power equipment and electrical supplies.
  • Troubleshoots and repairs electrical/mechanical faults on generators and systems, including programmable controls (ATS), controls cables, at the head office and various sites.
  • Provide prompt response to resolution of incident/problem as they arise.
  • Rectify all faults relating to power and other electrical installations and equipment.
  • Construction of panel/board for site installations.
  • Keep all equipment operational and liaise with third party suppliers and technicians for external repair service/ to handle all purchases and servicing when necessary.
  • Carryout regular site inspection check, diesel supply and generator servicing.
  • Car Carrying out preventive maintenance.
  • Reporting and documenting the status of the activity.
  • Providing technical guidance to colleagues and other teams.
  • Communicates daily activities and written reports.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Manager.
  • Carryout grounding of various electrical system and installation of surge arrestor.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of Scond Class (Upper)
  • Minimum of 1 year working experience as an electrical Engineer (Preferably in an ISP Company).
  • Knowledge of electrical theories and systems
  • Knowing how to work with different systems.
  • Quick learner, motivated and dedicated to get the job done right.
  • Knowledge in electrical test equipment.
  • Good communication and organization skills.

7.) Room Steward

Location: Lekki Phase I, Lagos
Employment Type: Part-time
Work Mode: Shift

Responsibilities

  • Change bed linen and make beds
  • Replace used towels
  • Dust furniture
  • Replenish bath care products (e.g., soap and shampoo)
  • Restock beverages and food items in the mini-bar
  • Clean public areas, like corridors
  • Report any technical issues and maintenance needs
  • Address guests’ queries (e.g., on additional services)
  • Help guests retrieve lost items
  • Ensure all assigned rooms are clean and tidy by the end of the shift
  • Follow hotel security guidelines.

Requirements

  • Minimum of SSCE Certificate
  • Work experience as a Room Attendant
  • Experience with industrial cleaning equipment and products
  • Good physical health and stamina
  • Flexibility to work in shifts
  • Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards
  • Excellent organization skills.
