- The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations and production, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving profitability in the restaurant.
- Supervise daily operations, including staffing, customer service, and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Recruit, train, and manage restaurant staff
- Foster a positive working environment and provide ongoing training
- Ensure exceptional customer service and address customer feedback
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
- Monitor and manage the restaurant’s budget
- Implement cost-control measures and optimize profitability
- Collaborate with chefs on menu planning and pricing strategies
- Analyze menu performance and adjust as needed
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies
- Collaborate with the marketing team for promotions and advertising
- Ensure the quality of food, service, and overall customer experience
- Conduct regular inspections and address quality concerns
- Oversee inventory levels and ordering processes
- Minimize waste and optimize inventory turnover
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and licensing requirements
- Stay informed about industry trends and changes.
- Interested candidates should possess a HND with 3 – 5 years work experience.

- A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is an advantage.
N1,200,000 – N1,440,000 monthly.
